1. Request application materials.
2. Fill out entire enrollment application. Parents or guardians must sign and date the application form.
3. The application form should be sent into the school office along with the $30.00 application fee for each new student enrollment prior to an enrollment interview.
4. If this is a new student enrollment, the school will schedule a pre-enrollment interview with the parents and student in order to discuss expectations of the family as well as the school. Parents should bring along a copy of the student's lastest report card and latest standardized achievement test if the student is in grades 1-8.
5. An entrance test may administered if the principal feels it is necessary for proper assessment of Students needs.
6. A decision on enrollment will be made by the administration and/or the Board of Education of Christ Lutheran church and School
7. The necessary emergency information forms must be completed and returned to the school office.
8. A record of immunizations must be completed on the Utah Standard Form and returned to the school office.
9. Arrangements must be made to pay the Registration Fees as well as the other necessary fees.
10. A copy of the Birth Certificate, and current immunizations must be provided for children entering Preschool, Pre-kindergarten, and Kindergarten.
11. Students entering 7th grade or Kindergarten must provide verification physical exam.

Admissions Policy

Christ Lutheran School admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies or in the conduct of its athletic and other school administered programs.

Student enrollment will be accepted in the following order:

1. Returning students of Christ Lutheran School
2. Baptized members of Christ Lutheran Church
3. Children from the community at large
